Purpose

To support both accountability and flexibility, the partnership will use a trust-based project management structure with regular communication and shared planning tools.

Check-In Structure

• Quarterly review sessions to assess progress, refine objectives, and align budget priorities.

• Monthly informal check-ins to discuss creative direction, scheduling, and emerging opportunities.

• Shared project documentation to track milestones, activities, and timeline adjustments collaboratively.

This structure is intended to preserve creative responsiveness while maintaining transparency and alignment.

Get Fokus’d Productions

• Get Fokus’d Productions will serve as the creative lead for the initiative. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading community storytelling and narrative capture.

• Managing artistic direction and creative production.

• Developing story-based content and documentation assets.

• Ensuring cultural alignment, authenticity, and responsiveness throughout the process.

Oishei Foundation

• Oishei Foundation will provide strategic coordination and logistical support. Responsibilities will include:

• Aligning the work with broader organizational priorities.

• Supporting communication across departments and partners.

• Facilitating introductions to collaborators, organizations, and stakeholders.

• Providing internal coordination that helps the storytelling effort stay connected to existing initiatives.
