Oishei foundation

project scope

The Scope

The proposed partnership will operate as a flexible six-month pilot that can later be renewed, expanded, or adapted. The work includes three integrated areas of focus:

1. Digital Storytelling Framework

  • Development and curation of community-rooted stories through:

  • Photography

  • Video

  • Written narrative

  • Audio or music-based storytelling

This framework will document community experiences and highlight the leadership, resilience, and vision of local residents and partners.

2. Community Engagement and Convening

  • Participation in and support of gatherings that create space for dialogue, reflection, and creative expression. This may include:

  • Storytelling workshops

  • Community conversations

  • Event-based documentation

  • Creative engagement activities that amplify neighborhood voice

3. Annual Report and Impact Documentation Support

Narrative-driven support for Oishei Foundation’s existing communications and documentation efforts, including storytelling content that reflects lived experience, collaborative outcomes, and community-based insight.

Together, these areas will function as both an engagement strategy and a living archive of community voice.
