Buffalo Fashion Runway (BFR) is a cultural non-profit leveraging fashion as a tool for storytelling, education, and collective action. BFR produce large-scale fashion experiences that live at the intersection of design, performance, history, and community; building space for local creatives while telling stories that are often overlooked, erased, or unfinished.

Get Fokus’d Productions partnered with Buffalo Fashion Runway (BFR), a cultural nonprofit, to support project-based digital storytelling for their historic fashion show set to premiere on the Shea’s Performing Arts Center stage. In addition to production, we helped develop the creative concept by shaping a clear narrative that allowed the organization to pull their story together with intention and impact. The visual highlights BFR’s mission of leveraging fashion as a tool for storytelling, education, and collective action through creating large-scale experiences at the intersection of design, performance, history, and community.
